上海市浦东新区中医养生保健服务机构现况调查

摘要

Objective: To find out the current situation of TCM health preserving institutions in Pudong New Area Shanghai City , to provide basis for the experimental unit work of industry access.Methods:With census method, 1212 TCM health preserving institutions were investigated by the methods of field survey.Results: Of each institution, the average business area is 175.5 ±274.1 m2, and the average numbers of the employed persons is 4.7 ±4.4.There are a total of 5694 employed persons in a certain area.In which 588 persons have technicians licensed and accounted for 10.3%.There are a total of 990 institutions with not less than 3 employed persons, accounting for 81.7%.104 institutions have irregular behaviors and the rate is 8.6%.Conclusion: TCM health preserving services should be standardized.Strengthen the industry in-spection and guidance is necessary.%目的：了解上海市浦东新区中医养生保健服务机构现况，为开展行业准入试点工作提供依据。方法：采用普查的方法，对辖区内1212家中医养生保健服务机构进行现场走访调查。结果：1212家中医养生保健服务机构平均每家营业面积为175．5±274．1平方米，平均从业人员4．7±4．4人。5694名从业人员中，持证上岗者588人，持证上岗率为10．3％。从业人员不低于3人的保健机构共990家，占81．7％。中医养生保健服务机构中共发现存在违规行为单位104家，总体违规率为8．6％。结论：中医养生保健服务机构有待规范，需要加强行业监管和指导。
