江苏省淮安市淮阴区乡镇卫生院绩效现状调查

摘要

Objective: To improve the performance of Township Hospital Centers ( THC) in Huaiyin District by analyzing the problems of THC at present based on the performance evaluation results of THC.Methods: Obtain the data by random sample survey and questionnaires. Results:The existing problems in the medical service include the higher antibiotics usage ,the lower writing qualified rate of prescription and med-ical record.In the public health, chronic disease prevalence rate registrated is low, moreover, the residents'satisfaction remains to be improved. Conclusion: Huaiyin needs to improve staff quality through regular training, strengthen the supervision of general practice situation and introduce the idea of performance management to improve the performance of THC continuously .%目的：评价江苏省淮安市淮阴区乡镇卫生院绩效，分析淮阴区乡镇卫生院存在的问题，以改进其绩效状况。方法：通过随机抽样调查以及机构调查的方式获得所需要的数据。结果：淮阴区乡镇卫生院在医疗服务中存在抗生素使用率高，处方、病历书写合格率低等问题；公共卫生方面慢性病登记患病率低，居民满意度有待提高。结论：淮阴区需要通过定期培训来提高人员素质，对一般诊疗情况加强监督，引入绩效管理的思想对卫生院绩效进行持续改进。
