目的：了解上海市浦东新区非法行医的现况。方法：收集2010-2012年浦东新区非法行医相关数据，并对打非过程的人力需求进行统计处理与测算。结果：2010-2012年浦东新区平均每年清除非法行医点491．67户次，立案324．33件，浦东新区城市地区牙科非法行医占90．5％，农村地区内科非法行医占58．6％；82．7％的非法行医者无任何医学背景。浦东新区打击非法行医理想状态下需监督员7名。结论：浦东新区的非法行医有以下特点：城市地区非法行医点较少，农村地区非法行医点多；城市地区以牙科为主，农村地区以内科为主；非法行医者主要来自江西、安徽、河南和江苏等地，非法行医者中绝大多数不具有任何医学背景。打非整个过程中所需人力资源相对较多，现有卫生监督人力资源配备相对不足。%Objective:To find out the current situation of the illegal medical practice in Pudong New Area , Shanghai.Methods:In the sur-vey, three consecutive years data of illegal medical practice is collected in Pudong New Area from 2010 -2012, and calculates the human re-sources demand for regulation.Results:The results from three consecutive years 2010-2012 indicated that the average clearance of illegal medi-cal practice was 491.67 per year;average legal cases were 324.33 per year, 90.5% dental illegal medical practice was in urban areas, in rural area illegal physician accounted for 58.6%, 82.7% of the illegal practitioners were without any medical background.Conclusion: The clinics without license in Pudong New Area have the following features:in urban area the clinics without license are less than that of the rural area, in ur-ban area, it is mainly dental practice, and it is mainly physician practice in rural area, the practitioners are mostly from Jiangxi, Anhui, Henan, Jiangsu, the vast majority of illegal medical practitioners do not have any medical background .The regulation of the whole process costs much hu-man resource and the health inspection human resources are relatively inadequate .
