基于TOPSIS法的新疆城市社区卫生服务评价

摘要

Objective:TOPSIS Method was used to make a comprehensive evaluation on Xinjiang City community health service institutions, discuss on TOPSIS Method in assessment of community health service.Methods:Based on the TOPSIS Method to evaluate the community health service institutions in Xinjiang 14 cities and sorted according to the score.Results: The degree of the objects of evaluation closed to optimum scheme: Karamay 0.73, Urumqi 0.49 and Turpan 0.47.Conclusion:Rational allocation of resources and balanced development among regions;to strengthen the talent introduction and improve the professional quality of staff and workers;to strengthen the government investment and improve the community construction.%目的：应用TOPSIS法对新疆城市社区卫生服务机构进行综合评价，探讨TOPSIS法在社区卫生服务评价中的应用。方法：采用TOPSIS法对新疆14个城市的社区卫生服务机构做出评价并根据评分进行排序。结果：各评价对象与最优方案的接近程度，克拉玛依市为0．73，乌鲁木齐市为0．49，吐鲁番市为0．47。结论：应合理配置资源，均衡各地区发展；加强人才引进工作，提高在岗职工专业素质；加强政府投入，完善社区建设。
