上海市某医院中药隔天免费运送的实践与思考

摘要

With the continuous growth of the outpatient amount in large traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, the patients ' demand for shortening the waiting time of taking Chinese herb has been on the increase. In order to maintain the characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and preparations while shortening the waiting time of taking Chinese herb, and to reduce patients' physical load of delivering Chinese herb without increasing their cost, a hospital in Shanghai has eventually implemented the convenient service, which is the next day's free shipping of Chinese herb. In Practice, the service has basically achieved a win-win situation among patients, the hospital, the pharmaceutical factory and the express. Meanwhile, it has certain advantages compared with the small package of Chinese herb. This service is the preliminary exploration of the policy on separating dispensing from prescription, and it is also the effective practice of the government's vigorous development of convenient services for citizens.%随着大型中医医院门诊量的不断增长，患者关于缩短中药候药时间的诉求也在增加。如何在缩短中药候药时间的同时保留传统中药配方及制剂的特色，在不增加患者经济成本的同时减轻患者运送中药的体力负担，上海市某医院最终实施中药隔天免费运送的便民举措。实践中，该举措基本做到患者、医院、药厂、快递公司多方共赢，与中药小包装配方比较也具有一定优势。该举措是对医药分开及药品集中配送政策的初步探索，也是国家关于大力开展便民惠民服务的有效实践。
