基于健康服务的保定市县中医医院人力资源需求分析

     

摘要

目的::了解县中医医院人力资源需求,提升服务能力和服务水平,助力健康服务业发展。方法:采用问卷调查法对河北省保定市20所县中医医院进行调查,并将数据输入统计分析软件SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果:河北省保定市20所县中医医院未来5年人力资源需求总数为1560人。按岗位需求,排名前10位的分别是中医内科(13所)、中医外科(11所)、中医妇科(8所)、中医骨伤(7所)、康复科(7所)、中医儿科(6所)、中医护理(5所)、急诊(5所)、治未病(5所)、推拿(4所)。按学历需求,博士研究生12人,硕士研究生116人,本科930人,专科及以下502人。按职称需求,高级职称184人,中级职称640人,初级职称653人,其他83人。按专业需求,中医临床医学364人,针灸推拿95人,中药学78人,中西医结合155人,西医132人,西药56人,中医护理444人,医技150人。结论:建议营造良好就业环境,搭建县中医医院人力资源事业发展平台;转变就业观念,鼓励医学院校毕业生到县级中医医院就业;加强继续教育,提高在职人员服务热情;完善薪酬制度,健全县中医医院人力资源发展保障体系;均衡配套资源,建立县中医医院人力资源福利长效机制等措施,探索提升县中医医院服务能力和服务水平,助力健康服务业发展的途径。%Objective:To understand the human resource demand of county hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine, and enhance the ca-pacity and service level, promot the development of health service industry. Methods:By using the method of questionnaire, 20 county hospitals of traditional Chinese Medicine in Baoding City were investigated, and the data were entared into software SPSS13. 0 for comparative analysis. Results:Over the next 5 years,county hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine in Baoding City of Hebei Province demand 1560 human re-sources. As for demands from job, the top 10 were internal medicine(thirteen), medicine surgery(eleven), gynecology(eight), orthopedics ( seven) , rehabilitation( seven) ,pediatric medicine( six) ,nursing( five) ,emergency( five) ,treating disease( five) ,and massage( four) . As for de-mands from academic needs,doctoral students are 12, graduate students are 116, undergraduate are 930, and specialist and below are 502. As for demands from title, senior titles are 184, intermediate grade are 640, junior are 653, and others are 83. As for demands from professional, clini-cal medicine of TCM are 364, acupuncture and massage are 95,pharmacy are 78, integrative medicine are 155, and western medicine are 132, Western pharmacy are 56, and nursing of TCM are 444, medical technology are 150. Conclusion:The suggestions to explore ways to enhance the county hospital of TCM service capacity and service levels, and boost the development of health services industry are to create a good environ-ment, and to build human resources development platform of county hospital of TCM;change employment concept, and to encourage graduates to the county hospital of TCM for employment;strengthen continuing education, and to improve staff enthusiasm in county hospital of TCM;improve the pay system, and to perfect human resources development security system in county hospital of TCM;balanced supporting resources, and to es-tablish human resources benefits long-term mechanism in county hospital of TCM.
