According to the embodiment of the present invention, a U-health service system capable of recommending U-health content includes: a health management center server which manages memberships, sends content, and provides a web service; and a U-health service platform device. The U-health service platform device is connected to the health management center server through a network, infers content for a user based on the status data including personal data or sensor data of the user, health management ontology, and a rule base, calculates the posterior probability that the user selects the inferred content through nave bayesian filtering, and recommends the content with a relatively high posterior probability.
