公立医院资产监管存在的问题及对策

摘要

公立医院资产是医院提供医疗卫生服务，实现社会效益和经济效益的重要保证。目前我国公立医院资产监管存在监管体制混乱、监管工作不规范以及监管工作缺乏绩效评价等问题，可以从重新定位公立医院资产监管的主体，界定资产监管的内容和构建资产监管绩效评价指标体系等方面着手，提高资产监管的效率和水平。%Public hospital assets are the guarantee of public hospitals to provide health service and achieve social and economic benefits. The article analyzes the existing problems of assets supervision.For example, the regulatory system is confusing, the supervision is not standard-ized and performance evaluation is lacking.So, the article puts forward some suggestions to improve the assets supervision level, including rede-fine the personnel and contents of assets supervision and so on.
