浅议替代医疗方案的范围

摘要

The alternatives'scope is extensive, which include diagnoses and treatments. From the replace of single measures to the whole medical scheme. The alternatives should be limited to those:first, the alternatives can achieve the similar results;second, the alternatives are ac⁃cepted generally by medical community; third, the alternatives is used to diagnose and treat the special diseases; finally, the alternatives are whole medical scheme.%替代医疗方案范围宽泛，从诊断方案到治疗方案，从单个诊疗措施的替代到整个医疗方案的替代。基于替代医疗方案界定困难重重，借鉴西方发达国家的经验，替代医疗方案的确定应坚持公认的医疗方案标准，并限定于：能够达到相似诊疗效果的医疗方案；针对某一特定疾病的诊疗方案；一揽子诊疗方案。
