新医改环境下我国医疗安全核查体系建设研究

摘要

加强医疗质量安全管理，推动医疗质量控制体系建设，保障患者安全，是公立医院改革的重要内容。借鉴国外公立医院医疗机构在考核体系、管理体系以及信息反馈体系，在质量监管方面的理论和经验，总结梳理我国医疗机构现阶段的四种质量监管模式和医疗质量安全管理中的难点，提出完善我国医疗安全监管体系的政策建议：成立相对独立的监管体系；建立对医疗安全核查体系的应用评估管理机制；加强风险管理，完善医疗服务监管信息化建设。%To strengthen the medical quality and safety management, ensure the safety of patients, promote medical quality control system construction, is the important content of the reform of public hospitals.On the basis of learning from foreign experience of monitoring the quality of medical care in public hospitals, to provide the basis reference for the better supervision of medical quality by understanding the status and problems in China: The establishment of independent regulatory system; Establish the evaluation mechanism for the application of medical safety verification system; Strengthen risk management, and improve the information technology of medical services.
