危机管理视野下医患冲突化解机制研究

         

摘要

Crisis management theory has entered people's vision since the event of SARS in 2003, which plays an increasingly important role.With the intensity of doctor-patient conflicts in recent years, segmented theoretical framework of crisis management theory is particularly important to the study of doctor-patient conflicts.This article divided doctor-patient conflicts into four stages which were health, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation period in accordance with the crisis management theory.And the methods of stakeholder analysis, business unit port-folio analysis and other multidisciplinary analysis were used with the purpose of building a multifaceted mechanism to resolve conflicts between the doctors and patients in order to provide reference for exploring rational and effective resolution mechanism for doctor-patient conflicts.%危机管理理论在2003年SARS事件之后进入人们的视野,并逐渐发挥着越来越重要的作用。在医患冲突愈演愈烈的近几年,危机管理理论的分段式理论框架对医患冲突的研究显得尤为重要。文章将医患冲突按照危机管理理论分成4个阶段,分别是保健期、诊断期、治疗期和康复期。运用利益相关者分析法、经营单位组合分析法等多学科分析方法对4个阶段进行分析,最终构建医患冲突多层面的化解机制,为探寻医患冲突合理有效的化解机制提供参考。
