Objective:To build the performance evaluation system of disinterestedness risk prevention in third-grade public hospital. Meth ̄ods:Screen the performance evaluation indexes of disinterestedness risk prevention by reviewing and studying available literature combined with expert consultation. Calculate the weight of evaluation indexes by analytic hierarchy process. Results:The performance evaluation system of disin ̄terestedness risk prevention including 4 primary indicators of system construction,supervision mechanism,development of clean education,power operation,and 18 second level evaluation indexes were established. The weights of indexes were calculated and the results passed the consistency test. The weight of system construction,supervision mechanism,development of clean education,power operation were 0.285,0.472,0.073 and 0.17. Conclusion:The oversight mechanisms is the most important index.%目的::建立适合三甲公立医院的廉洁风险防控绩效评价指标体系。方法:采用文献资料研究和专家咨询的方法,筛选确定廉洁风险防控绩效评价指标;运用层次分析法确定指标的权重。结果:建立廉洁风险防控绩效评价指标体系,包含制度建设、监督机制、廉洁教育、权力运行公开4个一级指标和18个二级指标。计算各指标的权重,制度建设、监督机制、廉洁教育、权力运行公开的权重分别为0.285、0.472、0.073、0.17,且通过了一致性检验。结论:专家认为监督机制在廉洁风险防控绩效评估中最为重要。
