目的:分析乡镇卫生院患者信任度状况,探究现阶段存在的问题和影响信任度的主要指标,为进一步提升乡镇卫生院服务质量提供建议.方法:对北京市5个郊区县15家乡镇卫生院服务半径内的450名村民进行问卷调查,并对收集的数据进行基础性统计分析和因子分析.结果:影响乡镇卫生院患者信任度的指标主要是医生提供服务的及时性、医患沟通程度、医生的服务态度、医院的就诊环境和设施、药品的价格和种类.通过因子分析将影响医患信任的因素整合为"医患互动因子"、"诊疗环境因子"和"医药价格与药品配备因子".结论:加强乡镇卫生院建设,提高患者信任度,需要加强对医务人员的监督和培训;提升基础条件和管理效率;进一步完善和执行基本药物制度.%Objective: To analyze the patients'trust and explore the current problems and the main indicators influencing the trust in town-ship health centers, to make policy recommendations for improving the service quality of township health centers.Methods:Questionnaires were used to investigate 450 patients within the service radius of 15 township health centers from 5 suburban counties in Beijing.Basic statistical analy-sis and factor analysis were used to analyze the collected data.Results:The doctor service timeliness, doctor-patient communication, the serv-ice attitudes of doctors, hospital environment and facilities, medicine price and species of drugs were the key indicators affecting the patients ' trust.The factors influencing the doctor-patient trust were integrated as"doctor and patient interaction factor","diagnostic and therapeutic envi-ronmental factor"and "medicine and drug price and management efficiency improvement factor"through factor analysis.Conclusion:Strengthe-ning the supervision and training of doctors, focusing on the improvement of basic conditions and management efficiency, improving the basic drug system and promoting the quality of service evaluation and improvement were recommended.
