基于江苏省某市护士遭受工作场所暴力事件的网络舆情调查

摘要

目的：通过分析江苏省某市护士遭受工作场所暴力事件的网络舆情，了解暴力伤医事件后的社会心态。方法：运用方便抽样调查法，对江苏省某市护士遭受工作场所暴力事件的网民评论进行研究。结果：江苏省某市护士遭受工作场所暴力事件后网民社会心态失衡，网民情绪以愤恨、焦虑为主，认知存在信任度、安全感、公平感较低等问题，语言暴力化倾向明显。结论：提出政府调整现行医疗体制、医院培养医务人员人文关怀理念、媒体保障舆情准确性、患者增强甄别信息的能力等建议。%Objective:To analyze the online public opinion based on nurse-hurting incidents, to explore the social mentality behind the vio-lent medical stuff-hurting incidents.Methods: Through a sampling survey, the online public opinion based on nurse-hurting incidents were studied.Results:People’ s social mentality was severely unbalanced, which concentrated on jealousy and anxiety, and presented very low cogni-tive trust, sense of social trust, social security, and social fairness, and showed gradually obvious violent behavioral intentions.Conclusion:We put forward suggestions such as adjusting current medical system, hospital culture humanistic care concept and media to ensure the accuracy of the public opinion, making the patients enhance the ability of identifying information to correct the unbalance of the public.
