河南省二级及二级以上医院医疗市场份额现状分析

摘要

Objective: To Study medical services workload index in the secondary and tertiary hospitals in Henan Province and to analyze their market shares.Methods:Data was descriptively analyzed with available material analysis with HHI index.Results:In 2013, the increased extent of four indicators were as follows:8.82%, 9.43%, 14.96%, and 7.67%.HHI index was significantly less than 500.Conclusion: The province's health care utilization has increased steadily;different levels, types and areas of hospitals present differences;regional market is stable and competitive; the whole provincial market stays in a low concentration competition stage.%目的：了解河南省二级及二级以上医院医疗服务量的变化及分布，分析其医疗市场份额情况。方法：对现成资料的分布进行描述性分析，运用HHI指数进行市场集中度分析。结果：2013年，总诊疗、门诊、住院、手术同比增幅分别为8．82％、9．43％、14．96％和7．67％，HHI值显著小于500。结论：全省卫生服务利用稳步增加；不同级别、类别、区域的医院之间呈现差异；地域性医疗市场具有一定的稳定性和竞争性；省域内医疗市场整体处于低集中度竞争阶段。
