内蒙古县级综合医院与民族医院的技术效率差异分析

摘要

Objective: To evaluate the gap of technical efficiency between general hospitals and traditional hospitals.Meth-ods: We used the stochastic frontier analysis to calculate the score of technical efficiency of 242 county-level hospitals, and com-pared the difference between general hospitals and traditional hospitals by propensity score matching , and trying to find the influen-cing factors.Results: The technical efficiency of traditional hospital was higher than general hospital after propensity score matc-hing.The multiple regression results showed the independent variable of health professional and the hospital equipment worth of over￥10000 was the influencing factors of general hospital, and the independent variable of health professional and the house architec-tural area was the influencing factors of traditional hospital.Conclusion:Government should strengthen development the traditional hospital outpatient services capacity, and the traditional hospital should enhance the technical efficiency thought health human re-sources and infrastructure construction.%目的:从技术效率的角度分析内蒙古县级综合医院和民族医院的运行状况,了解其差异.方法:采用随机前沿分析法计算242个县级医院的技术效率值,通过倾向评分匹配比较县级综合医院与民族医院的技术效率差异,并分析影响两者的技术效率的因素.结果:倾向评分匹配发现,县级民族医院的技术效率略高于县级综合医院.多元回归分析发现卫生技术人员和万元以上设备两个变量影响县级综合医院的技术效率,而卫生技术人员和房屋建筑面积两个变量影响县级民族医院的技术效率.结论:加强民族医院的门诊服务建设,通过人才建设和基础建设提升民族医院的技术效率.
