Objective:To investigate the dignity situation of advanced cancer patients and explore the differences of their emo-tions and quality of life situation with and without loss of dignity.Methods:A sample of 150 cancer patients who were pathological-ly diagnosed with malignant tumor was recruited in the study , to complete general questionnaire, the Hospital Anxiety and Depres-sion Scale (HAD), Quality of Life Instrument Questionnaire for Cancer Patients C30 and Patient Dignity inventory (PDI).Re-sults: ① The ratio of obvious dignity loss in patients with advanced cancer is 63.3%.②There are statistical significance between different genders and classifications on patient's dignity score(P<0.05).③There are statistical significance between patients with or without dignity loss on anxiety score(P<0.01)and the quality of life situation(P<0.001)except for the two items of nausea and diarrhea or vomiting.Conclusion:The patients with advanced cancer suffered dignity loss obviously , among which women and patients of stage Ⅳ lost more dignity, and they experienced more anxiety, depression and worse quality of life.%目的:调查晚期癌症患者的尊严现状,比较有无尊严丧失者其情绪及生命质量状况的差异.方法:采用一般调查问卷、综合性医院焦虑抑郁情绪测定表(HAD)、癌症患者生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)以及患者尊严量表(PDI)对150名诊断为恶性肿瘤的患者进行问卷调查.结果:有63.3%的癌症患者尊严明显丧失;不同性别及肿瘤病理分期的患者其尊严得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有无丧失尊严的患者的焦虑抑郁水平得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),除恶心与呕吐、腹泻两个条目外,其余生命质量状况得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论:晚期癌症患者尊严丧失比较明显,女性和Ⅳ期患者的尊严丧失更多,且尊严丧失的患者体验到更强的焦虑抑郁情绪和更差的生命质量.
