对我国遗体器官捐献困境的分析与研究

摘要

In recent years ,the serious shortage of transplant organs resulted from the high incidence of cancer and low rate of organ donation cause intense attention and active promotion from all sectors of society in China .The main difficulties in the promotion of China’s organ donation argued as problems of trust crisis ,obstacles of traditional concept and deficiency of coordination .Learning from the successful experience of organ transplantation in foreign countries ,we proposed some corresponding solutions ,such as establishing government authorized agencies to organize or supervise the organ donation to gain more confidence from the public ,building a reasonable and appropriate organ donation incentive mechanism to inspire public enthusiasm on the organ donation ,and improving the efficiency of organ donation by strengthening the cooperation between relevant departments .%近年来，由于我国癌症高发和遗体器官捐献率过低导致移植所需器官严重短缺，引发社会各界对我国器官捐献事业的强烈关注和积极推动。分析梳理了当前推进我国器官捐献工作存在的主要困境为信任危机问题、传统观念问题和组织协调问题。结合国外器官捐献的成功经验，提出相应的解决对策：以国家政府成立或指定专门机构来组织监管器官捐献工作更能赢得公众的信任；因势利导确立合理恰当的激励机制以推动国民的捐献热情；加强器官捐献中相关部门之间的组织协调以提高工作效率。
