心血管疾病是严重威胁人类生命健康的疾病。探索新的临床治疗方法和策略一直是医学研究的热点。干细胞由于其独特的特性，在利用干细胞移植治疗心血管疾病备受关注。近来，在心脏发现存在心脏干细胞，并确认其具有定向分化为心肌细胞和血管细胞的能力。而它的存在与生理状态下心脏的自我更新，以及病理状态下心脏的再生修复密切有关。从这个意义上说，心血管疾病是一种心脏干细胞疾病。这一观念的确立，将为深入理解心血管疾病发病机制、临床治疗策略的选择以及临床疗效评估提供了新的角度。%Cardiovascular disease is a serious threat to human life and health .The studies about methods and Strategies of new clinical treatments have been the hotspot of medical research .Stem cells ,because of its unique characteristics ,were concerned in the use of stem cell transplantation for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases .Recently ,the presence of cardiac stem cells with directional potency of differentiation into cardiomyocytes and vascular cells have been confirmed in the heart .Its existence and characteristic were associated with both the heart self‐renewal under physiological status and heart regeneration and repairing under pathological conditions .In this sense ,the cardiovascular disease is a kind of heart disease of stem cells .The establishment of the concept of cardiac stem cells will provide a new perspective for the clinical treatment strategy of in‐depth understanding of the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease ,selection and evaluation of clinical efficacy .
