心梗后心衰患者的家庭规范化管理治疗

摘要

Along the development of medical technology of our country ,patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) by interventional therapy or thrombolytic therapy ,the survival rate has been improved obviously .However ,the heart failure caused by AMI complication is very serious and this can influence the quality of life of the patients ,and bring heavy economic burden to the family and society .The standardized management of family treatment for the chronic heart failure patients with high‐risk groups can delay the onset of heart failure and the deterioration of cardiac function ,also can improve the survival rate and quality of life .%随着我国医疗技术的发展，急性心梗患者因介入治疗或溶栓治疗，存活率得到了明显提高，但随之由于心梗带来的心衰并发症也是不容忽视的严峻问题，严重影响患者的生活质量，给家庭及社会带来沉重的经济负担。对慢性心衰高危人群进行规范化治疗及管理可延缓心衰的发生及心功能的恶化、提高生存率和生活质量。
