建立我国活体器官捐献补偿机制探析*--以美国肾脏移植的改革为例

摘要

本文通过介绍美国在人体器官无偿捐献模式的基础上建立起来的活体肾脏捐献的补偿机制及其改革成效，结合我国现实需求而提出应建立活体器官的补偿机制，包括强化器官捐献协调员职能、确立专门的器官移植补偿机构、补偿费用分阶段给付、设计多样的补偿形式和补偿模式、建立移植供体健康的后续保障机制等。%This article first introduced the compensation mechanism and reform effect of living kidney dona-tion established on the basis of free donation patterns of human body organs in the United States, then suggested that compensation mechanism of living organ should be established in accordance with the reality in our country and with the reference of improved kidney donation system in America, including strengthening the organ donation coordinators' function, establishing specialized organ transplant compensation mechanism, paying compensation fees in stages, designing a variety of compensation forms and compensation modes, and establishing a follow-up safeguard mechanism for transplant donor's health, etc..
