目的：研究肠外结合肠内营养支持对胃癌切除术后并发吻合口瘘患者的影响。方法选取我院2012年1月～2016年1月的胃癌切除术后并发吻合口瘘患者62例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各31例。给予对照组肠外营养支持，给予观察组肠外结合肠内营养支持，分析对比两组术后排气时间、住院时间、血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白指标水平及并发症情况。结果观察组术后排气时间和住院时间、血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白指标水平均明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组与对照组并发症情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论对胃癌切除术后并发吻合口瘘患者应用肠外结合肠内营养支持临床效果显著，可改善临床各项指标，值得推广和应用。%Objective To study the effect of enteral nutrition support on patients with anastomotic leakage after gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods 62 patients with anastomotic leakage after resection of gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 31 cases.Parenteral nutrition support was given to the control group, and the observation group was given parenteral nutrition support.The exhaust time, length of stay, serum albumin, pre albumin, transferrin index and complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results In the observation group, postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time, serum albumin, prealbumin and transferrin levels were significantly better than the control group, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of enteral nutrition combined with parenteral nutrition in patients with gastric carcinoma after resection of anastomotic leakage is significant, which can improve the clinical indicators, it is worthy of promotion and application.
