环氧合酶与胃癌关系的研究进展

         

摘要

Cyclooxygenase (COX) was the rate-limiting enzyme of the arachidonic acid synthesis of prostaglandins, which had a twofold activity of cyclooxygenase and peroxidase, now it had been confirmed there were two isozymes:COX-1 and COX-2. COX-2 was seen as“rapid response gene”, which was speciifc high expression in gastric cancer, and it was involved in gastric blood vessels, lymphatic formation, inhibition of apoptosis, inhibition of tumor imunity, promoting tumor metastasis, inifltration. Thus, it played an important role in the development of gastric cancer.%环氧合酶(COX)是花生四烯酸合成前列腺素的关键限速酶,具有环氧合酶及过氧化物酶两重活性,已证实有两种同工酶即COX-1、COX-2;COX-2被看做“快速反应基因”,在胃癌组织中呈特异性高表达,参与了胃癌血管、淋巴管的形成,抑制细胞凋亡,抑制机体免疫,促使肿瘤转移、浸润等,在胃癌发生发展中起着重要作用。
