糖尿病的患病率逐年增加, 已成为危害人类健康的重要慢性病之一, 其并发症可严重降低人们的生活质量, 甚至危害生命.目前, 对糖尿病及其并发症的研究日益增多.现已发现由肝脏产生的一种新的分泌性蛋白——Betatrophin, 它属于血管紧张素样蛋白家族中成员之一, 能够参与糖脂代谢, 与糖尿病及其并发症的关系密切, 可为糖尿病及其并发症的诊治提供新靶点.但目前Betatrophin与糖尿病之间的相关机制仍不明确, 进一步研究糖尿病的诊治进展具有重要意义.%The incidence of diabetes has been increasing year by year, which has become one of the major chronic diseases endangering people's health, and its complications seriously reduce the quality of people's life, even threatening the lives of people.
