小鼠子宫内膜干细胞的研究进展

摘要

子宫内膜干细胞是一种成体干细胞,可通过不对称分裂对子宫内膜进行修复.现有许多学者致力于子宫内膜干细胞的研究,标记滞留细胞技术和Hoechst 33342-SP法是常用的子宫内膜干细胞研究的方法,这些方法在用于人和小鼠子宫内膜干细胞的研究中各有其局限性.人子宫内膜干细胞研究受多种因素的限制,而小鼠成为一个重要的替代模型.现就小鼠子宫内膜干细胞的研究现状进行论述,并对其今后的研究前景进行展望.%Endometrial stem cells is a group of adult stem cells which can repair the endometrium by asymmetric division. There are many scholars committed to study endometrial stem cells,with common meth-ods such as label-rataining-cell technique and Hoechst 33342-SP technique, which both have some limitations in the study of human and mouse endometrial stem cells. The study of human endometrial stem cells is affect-ed by many factors so that mouse became an important replacement model. Here is to make a review on the present research status and the prospects on mouse endometrial stem cells.
