In the modern society, malocclusion is an important factor for masticatory system disease, such as occlusion interference, early contact, and occlusion paramorphia, which are frequently encountered in clinics. The clinical manifestations of malocclusion are often used to help to diagnose and evaluate oral and maxillofacial diseases. Malocclusion may lead to abnormal jaw movement, abnormal temporomandibular joint activity,and abnormal masseter activity. Here is to describe malocclusion's influence on different components of masticatory system.%现代社会错(牙合)已成为咀嚼系统疾病的重要致病因素.(牙合)干扰、早接触、(牙合)形态异常等是临床上常见的错(牙合)形式,其临床表现常作为帮助诊断和评价口腔颌面部疾病的手段.错(牙合)可引起异常的下颌运动型,亦常致颞下颌关节和咀嚼肌活动异常,从而导致咀嚼系统无法行使正常的功能活动.现就错(牙合)对咀嚼系统各组成部分的影响予以综述.
