High tissue levels of oxygen induced by hyperbaric oxygen treatment stimulate angiogenesis in poorly vascularized tissues. In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer cycles,the application HBO may improve endometrial receptivity, the quality of ovum and embryo. It regulate the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis endocrine activity. It have an extraordinary significance for the spemen quality with varicocele. The application hyperbaric oxygen maybe play important roles in improving the clinical outcomes of in vitro fertilization.%在体外受精-胚胎移植治疗中,通过应用高压氧的刺激能引起血管缺乏组织的血管生成的特性,可提高子宫内膜的容受性,对内膜发育不良有治疗作用;提高卵巢的反应性、卵子及胚胎质量;调节下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的内分泌活动;同时对精索静脉曲张导致精子质量低下有明显治疗效果.合理应用高压氧治疗可能对改善体外受精临床结局起着重要作用.
