ATP-红外生物效应技术用于治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床观察

     

摘要

Ojective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ATP-Infrared biological treatment in patients with cervical erosion and chronic cervicitis.Methods 216 cases with cervical erosion and chronic cervicitis were studied.Among them, 110 cases were performed with ATP infrared biological and 106 cases by microwave as controls.Results 110 cases of ATP group, the cure rate of cervical erosion grade Ⅰ / Ⅱ/Ⅲ were 100%/92.86%/90.32% , and simplicity/granular/papillar type were 100%/98.00%/83.33 % respectively.Different grades cervical hypertrophy all recovered.There were significant differences compared with the controls( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion ATP-Infrared biological effect treatment is featured with noninvasiveness,no pain and complication for patients with cervical erosion and chronic cervicitis, which is worth of clinical promotion, especially for the patients who have not given birth yet.%目的 探讨ATP-红外生物效应技术无创性治疗宫颈糜烂伴宫颈炎的临床疗效.方法 选择2008年5月至2010年5月我院妇科门诊有宫颈炎要求治疗的216例患者,其中106例患者行微波治疗(对照组),另110例于行ATP-红外生物效应治疗(观察组),观察和比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状及宫颈糜烂的愈合情况,综合评价其临床疗效.结果 观察组106例患者的临床症状均得到了缓解,有效率为100%;宫颈轻、中、重度糜烂治愈率分别为100.00%、92.86%、90.32%;宫颈单纯型、颗粒型、乳头型糜烂治愈率分别为100.00%、98.00%、83.33%;不同程度的宫颈肥大均恢复正常.观察组与对照组比较治疗效果均有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论 ATP-红外生物效应治疗慢性宫颈炎具有无创、无痛、无并发症等特点,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用,尤其适用于未生育患者.
