Objective To investigate the curative effect of technetium( 99 Tcm )methylenediphosphonate ( 99 Tcm-MDP ) combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy ( TAO ). Methods 55 cases were divided into two groups randomly:30 cases in group A served as control treated with high-dose methlprednisolone only,25 cases in group B received 99Tcm-MDP combined with highdose methylprednisolone. Patient's subjective symptom, the degree of exophthalmos and the thyroid volums were compared before and after the treatment in two groups. Results The efficacy of group B was significantly better than that of group A. The degree of exophthalmos and the thyroid volumes of group A and that of group B were both significant difference before and after the treatment. The average degree of exophthalmos and thyroid volumes in group B were significant difference compared with group A. Conclusion 99Tcm-MDP combined with methylprednisolone therapy is more effective to patients with TAO than high-dose methylpred-nisolone therapy only.%目的探讨99Tcm亚甲基二膦酸盐(99Tcm-MDP)联合甲泼尼龙治疗甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)的疗效.方法将入选的55例确认为TAO的患者随机分为A、B两组.A组30例为甲泼尼龙冲击治疗组;B组25例为甲泼尼龙联合99Tcm-MDP治疗组.对两组治疗前后的自觉症状、突眼度及甲状腺体积进行统计学分析.结果治疗前后两组患者眼痛、眼胀、畏光、流泪、异物感等自觉症状均有明显改善,突眼度及甲状腺肿大均有显著减轻,而B组较A组在总体疗效、突眼度减轻及甲状腺体积缩小方面效果更佳,两组比较差异有统计学意义.结论 99Tcm-MDP联合甲泼尼龙治疗较单纯甲泼尼龙冲击治疗TAO有更好的效果.
