小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的相关检查

摘要

肺炎支原体感染是儿童时期肺炎的重要病因之一.其临床表现多种多样,病情轻重不一,相关的检查方法众多.能如何早期、快速、而又简易的对肺炎支原体感染进行诊断,成为重要的临床医学问题.在此结合支原体致病的潜伏期,介绍了目前支原体肺炎相关检查,包括形态学检查、分离培养、血清学检查、分子生物学检测、多媒体医学显微镜诊断仪检测、影像学检查,并对小儿支原体肺炎相关检查的优缺点予以综述.%Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is an important cause of childhood pneumonia,with a various clinical manifestations and varying severity, and a number of testing methods. Early, rapid, yet simple detection method for diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia infection is a major clinical problem. Taking the incubation period of mycoplasma into consideration, current mycoplasma pneumonia related tests are introduced here,including: morphology, isolation and culture, serology, molecular biology, multi-media medical microscope diagnostic testing, imaging test, and the pros and cons of the tests in children are reviewed.
