鼻咽癌放疗后鼻部疾病研究进展

摘要

鼻咽癌是头颈部最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,放疗是冶疗首选.放疗会引起周围组织不同程度的损伤,而出现治疗较困难的各种放疗并发症.鼻疾病是鼻咽癌放疗常见的并发症,主要有鼻窦炎、鼻炎、鼻粘连、后鼻孔闭锁、萎缩性鼻炎、鼻出血.为了提高鼻咽癌放疗后鼻疾病的诊治水平,现就鼻咽癌放疗后并发各种鼻疾病的致病因素、诊断、治疗进行综述.%Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is one of the most common head and neck malignant tumors, and radiotherapy is the first choice for treatment. Radiotherapy can cause varying degrees of damages of the peripheral tissue, bringing various radiotherapy complications which are hard to treat. Nasal complications are common complications of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy, including sinusitis, rhinitis, nasal adhesion, choanal atresia, atrophic rhinitis, and nasal bleeding. In order to improve the diagnosis and treatment,here is to review the risk factors, diagnosis and treatment of the nasal complications of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.
