The research on restoration of spinal cord injury ( SCI )is focusing on bone mesenchymal stem cells( MSCs )recently. The transplanted MSCs can automatically move to the injury, secrete neurotrophic substance and cytokines,and promote restoration of SCI and neural function, which may significantly improve on SCI patients neurological function missing. Here is to discuss and analyze the MSCs biological nature, experiment of transplant treatment for SCI and the treatment mechanism through reviewing on related papers published domestically and oversea in recent years, to provide references for SCI and related research.%脊髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)是近年来对脊髓损伤(SCI)修复研究的热点.移植的MSCs能向损伤部位自主移行,并分泌神经营养物质和细胞因子,促进损伤脊髓修复和神经功能恢复,显著改善SCI患者的神经功能缺失.通过查阅近年来国内外相关文献,对MSCs生物学特性、移植治疗SCI的实验研究、治疗机制进行讨论和分析,为SCI及相关研究提供参考资料.
