多通道经皮肾镜治疗复杂性肾结石疗效分析

摘要

Objective To disucss the methods and effects of B ultrasound guided multi-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy for staghorn calculi.Methods Review the clinical data of 61 cases ( 81 case/time ) of B ultrasound guided multi-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy for staghorn calculi.Results Precise multiple channels were established in all cases,includine 56 of two-channel and 5 of three-channel.The average operation time was 100 min, average hospitalization time 10.5 d ( ranging from 9 ～ 30 d ), average volume of blood loss 120 mL, total stone clearance rate 96.7％.Conclusion B ultrasound guided multi-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy is a safe and effective way to treat staghorn calculi with the features of high stone clearance rate, small trauma and less complications etc.%目的 探讨B超引导下多通道经皮肾镜治疗复杂性肾结石的方法及疗效.方法 回顾性分析在B超引导下多通道经皮肾镜治疗复杂性肾结石61例(81例次)的临床资料.结果 61例均在B超引导下均建立了多通道,其中双通道56例,三通道5例.平均手术时间100 min,住院时间 9 ~30 d,平均 10.5 d,术中平均出血量120 mL,结石总清除率为96.7%.结论 采用B超引导下多通道微创经皮肾镜治疗复杂性肾结石具有安全有效、结石清除率高、创伤小、并发症少等特点.
