脂肪肝中医临床研究进展

摘要

近年来随着中医学对脂肪肝认识的不断深入,临床各家根据个人的经验进行了一定总结和发挥.主要在脂肪肝病因病机、辨证施治和治疗用药等方面的研究积累了一定成果.现综述近期研究进展,脂肪肝的病因多与外邪、饮食、情志以及劳逸密切相关,病机则多与肝郁、痰湿、脾虚、血瘀等相关.中医药治疗主要包括辨证论治和经验方治疗,多取得较满意疗效.%In recent years, with the development deeper understanding of fatty liver by traditional Chinese medicine, based on individual clinical experience various clinical made a certain summary.Some conclusions drawn from the researches mainly including the pathological, differential treatment, prescription medicine of fatty liver have been proved.Summary of recent research, the cause of fatty liver is closely related to evils, diet,emotions, and work and rest, the pathogenesis is more related to the liver disease, phlegm, spleen,and blood stasis and so on.Chinese medicine adopted the treatment based on syndrome differentiation and experience treating,and obtained more satisfactory curative effect.
