心肺运动试验指标对慢性心力衰竭患者预后的评估

Recently , cardiopulmonary exercise test ( CPET ) has been widely used. During exercise , a serial of clinical indexes including peak oxygen uptake, anaerobic threshold and VE/VCO2 slope can be obtained by gas exchange analysis. Researchers have proved peak oxygen uptake and anaerohic threshold have excellent estimation values for heart function. Weher's functional classification hased on these indexes can sensitively detect early heart failure and have good prognosis values. VE/VCO2 slope has also been proved to be one of the independent factors for prognosis of Chronic Heart Failure.%近年来心肺运动试验得到了越来越广泛的应用,在运动过程中通过对气体交换情况分析,可获得包括峰值摄氧量、无氧阈和二氧化碳当量斜率等在内的一系列临床指标.近年来的许多研究发现,峰值摄氧量和无氧阈是心功能的客观评价指标,基于这两个指标的Weber心功能分级可敏感发现早期心功能不全,并对预后有良好的预测价值.许多研究指出,二氧化碳当量斜率是慢性心力衰竭患者预后的独立预测因子之一.
