连续性肾脏替代疗法(CRRT)经过30多年的蓬勃发展,由连续性动脉-静脉血液透析发展出静脉-静脉模式、连续性高流量透析、高容量血液滤过、连续性血浆分离吸附、分子吸附再循环系统、部分血浆分离吸附系统等治疗模式.由于CRRT具有血流动力学稳定、有效控制脑灌注压、保持水和电解质平衡等优点,使CRRT的临床应用已经超出肾脏替代治疗范围,在危重病领域应用日益广泛,提高了患者的生存率.%Continuous renal replacement therapy ( CRRT ) has been developing flourishingly for more than thirty years, evolving from continuous arterial-venous hemodialysis into venous-venous dialysis, continuous high-flow dialysis, high-volume hemofiltration, continuous plasma filtration and adsorption,and molecular adsorbent recirculating system. As CRRT is superior in stable hemodynamics, effective control of cerebral perfusion pressure, and maintenance of water and electrolyte, the clinical use of CRRT has been beyond renal replacement therapy into critical care, greatly improving the survival of patients.
