晚期胰腺癌的化疗进展

摘要

Pancreatic cancer is a gastrointestinal tumor with a poor prognosis and increasing incidence.In current practice,the therapeutic regimens for advanced pancreatic cancer are leas developed,as a major challenge of oncological treatment.Gemcitabine-based chemotherapy is regarded as the first-line therapy.In the case of gemcitabine failure, monotherapy or concomitant targeted agents are used as rescue therapy.As a newly emerging modality, targeted agents have been on trial in recent year.This article reviews the new clinical evidence for the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.%胰腺癌是目前胃肠道肿瘤中预后差,且发病率呈逐渐上升趋势的一种疾病.目前晚期胰腺癌的治疗手段有限,是当前肿瘤治疗的难点之一,以吉西他滨为基础的化疗被认为是目前晚期胰腺癌的一线标准治疗.吉西他滨化疗失败后的晚期胰腺癌多选择单药或联合靶向药物挽救治疗.而靶向药物联合化疗是近年来治疗晚期胰腺癌的新的热点,在此结合新的临床证据对目前晚期胰腺癌治疗予以综述.
