巨噬细胞集落刺激因子与卵巢恶性肿瘤的相关性研究进展

摘要

卵巢恶性肿瘤的早期诊断及治疗一直是妇科肿瘤关注的重点.巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)是近年来受到广泛重视的具有多种生物学功能的细胞因子,尤其在肿瘤的发生、发展方面越来越受到关注.最近研究发现,上皮性卵巢癌患者血清中存在M-CSF的异常表达,因此,探讨卵巢恶性肿瘤与M-CSF的关系对于卵巢恶性肿瘤的早期诊断有着极其重要的意义.%Early diagnosis and treatment of ovarian malignant tumor has been the focus of gynecologic cancer.Macrophage colony-stimulating factor(M-CSF) has drawn considerable attention in recent years as a cytokine with a variety of biological functions, especially in tumor occurrence and development.Recent studies have shown that patients with epithelial ovarian cancer exhibit abnormal expression of M-CSF.Therefore,the investigation into the relationship between ovarian cancer and M-CSF for early diagnosis has an extremely important significance.
