摘要

Bone morphogenetic protein ( BMP) is a vital member of transforming growth factors p. Because of the important effects in promoting bone formation and cartilage, it has been studied from different directions. BMP as a kind of cell factor, has its special biological signal pathway. Through the study of the trans-duction process and control way of the signal pathway will help to further regulate BMP biological effect.%骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)作为转化生长因子β(TGF-β)家族的重要成员,因其在促进成骨及软骨等方面的突出作用,已被从不同的方向来研究以利用其生物作用.BMP作为一类细胞因子有其自身独特的生物信号转导通路.通过研究其信号通路的转导过程及调控途径,能够为进一步调控BMP的生物作用奠定基础.
