Dezocine is a mixed agonist-antagonist of opiate receptor, which completely excites the k receptor and is a partial agonist-antagonist toureceptor, but no typical u, receptor addiction. Dezocine can relax gastric bowel smooth muscle,reducing the incidence of nausea and vomiting,with barely any activity to 8 receptor at the same time,seldom producing dysphoria or anxiety discomfort. The analgesic strength,onset time,function duration of dezocine are similar to morphine with low addiction.
