目的评价2.2 mm与2.8 mm两种角膜缘小切口超声乳化白内障吸除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术对术后疗效的影响.方法 将251例(251只眼)白内障患者,按照2.2 mm与2.8 mm两种不同大小角膜缘切口随机分为两组:A组132例(132只眼),B两119例(119只眼),两组均行角膜缘小切口超声乳化白内障吸除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术,比较两组术后视力、超声乳化时间、手术时间及并发症等情况.结果 两组患者术前、术后1周、1个月和3个月的裸眼及矫正视力比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);两组Ⅱ、Ⅲ级核的超声乳化时间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),而B组Ⅳ级核的超声乳化时间少于A组(P＜0.05);两组各级核硬度的手术时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 在白内障超声乳化吸除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术中,2.2 mm角膜缘切口是一种安全有效的手术切口.%Objective To evaluate the influence of 2. 2 mm and 2. 8 mm cornea small incisions on the postoperative effect of phacoemulsification cataract joint intraocular lens implantation. Methods 25 1 cases ( 251 eyes )cataract patients were randomly divided into two groups of A( 132 eyes )and B( 1 19 eyes Wording to the 2. 2 mm and 2. 8 mm, cornea! limbal incision phacoemulsification with posterior ioldable intraocular lens implantation were done on the two groups visual acuity, phacoemulsification time, operation time and complications, etc. of the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the conected visual acuity in preoperative,postoperative week 1 , month 1 and month 3 between the two groups( P ＞ 0.05 ). There were no significant differences in the nuclear- level TJ and I ultrasonic emulsification time between the two groups( P ＞ 0. 05 ), while the ultrasonic emulsification time of level TV nuclear in B group was significantly shorter than that in group A( P ＜ 0.05 ). There were no significant differences in the operation time between the two groups( P ＞0. 05 ). Conclusion In cataract phacoemulsification plus foldable intraocular lens implantation,2. 2 mm cornea! limbal incision is a safe and effective approach.
