外伤性小肠破裂275例早期诊治分析

摘要

目的探讨外伤性小肠破裂的早期诊断及治疗.方法 回顾性分析1996年6月至2011年6月武汉科技大学附属汉阳医院车祸致275例外伤性小肠破裂患者的诊断及治疗.275例患者无合并腹部其他组织器官损伤.结果 肠瘘2例(经保守治疗后治愈),死亡1例,余患者均治愈出院.死亡原因为感染性休克和多器官功能衰竭.结论 外伤性小肠破裂早期容易漏诊,提高早期诊断率,早期治疗可降低病死率及各种并发症.%Objective To discuss the early diagnose and therapy of traumatic rupture of small intestine. Methods Retrospective analysis on the diagnosis and treatment of 275 cases of car accident enteronhexis from June 19% to June 201 1 admitted in Affiliated Hospital of Wuhan University of Technology was done. The 275 patients had no other tissue organ damages. Results Intestinal fistula in 2 cases( cured with conservative treatment ), 1 death , the remaining were cured and discharged. The cause of death was septic shock and multiple organ failure. Conclusion Traumatic rupture of small intestine can be missed in early diagnosis, increasing the early diagnosis to give early treatment can reduce mortality and various complications.
