中晚期肝细胞性肝癌的手术治疗进展

Hepatocellular rarrinoma( HCC )is a high occurrence cancer in the world, the sufferers of whirh in China is on the top position. The primary therapy is surgery. The surgical therapy is only recommen-ded to eaily patient in BCLC staging system. Intermediate-advanced hepatorellulai- cairinoma have good re-rnment. Srholais from domestic and abroad have put forward new ideas for intermediate-advanced HCC. Here isrnto make a review on the progress of the surgical therapy technique and situaition.%肝细胞性肝癌(HCC)是全世界高发的恶性肿瘤,而我国发病人数居首位.手术是其主要的治疗方法.巴塞罗那临床肝癌分期及治疗指南仅对早期患者推荐手术治疗,但随着手术技术及围术期护理技术的提高,中晚期HCC行手术治疗也已取得较好的疗效.国内外已有部分学者提出了中晚期HCC的治疗新观点.现对HCC手术治疗技术及手术治疗情况的进展予以综述.
