Legumain与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展

     

摘要

Legumain是一类新型半胱氨酸蛋白酶,作为一种应激反应蛋白,只在特定条件下表达,在哺乳类动物具有抗凋亡作用,在炎性反应过程中起抗原呈递作用,能够抑制骨质钙化,同时在转移或浸润的肿瘤相关巨噬细胞内高度表达.近期研究发现,Legumain与颈动脉及主动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定性有密切联系.在此就Legumain与动脉粥样硬化的研究进展予以综述.%Legumain, which is a new type, of cysteine protease, a stress response protein, can only express under specific conditions. It hap the antiapoptotic function in mammals, plays antigen-present ing role in the process of inflammatory response, inhibits bone calcification, and is highly expressed in the metastatic or infiltrated tumor related macrophages. Recent studies found that legumain is also closely related with the stability of carotid and aortic atherosclerosis. Here is to make a review on the research progress of legumain and atherosclerosis.
