电针与帕罗西汀治疗脑卒中后抑郁症33例临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of post-stroke depression( PSD ). Methods 33 cases were randomized into treatment group in which 17 cases were treated with acupuncture and paroxetine, and control group in which 16 cases were treated with paroxetine alone,with a course of 6 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 88.2% in the treatment group and 62. 5% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference between them( P <0. 01 ); after treatment, the hamilton depression scale( HAMD )scores were obviously reduced in both groups( P <0.01 ),with a more significant reduction in the treatment group HAMD than in the control group( P <0.01 ). Conclusion Combined acupuncture and medicine has excellent results in the treatment of PSD,which is worth of clinical use.%目的 观察电针与药物结合治疗脑卒中后抑郁症(PSD)的临床疗效.方法 将33例PSD患者随机分为治疗组(17例)和对照组(16例),治疗组采用电针加帕罗西汀治疗,对照组单纯采用帕罗西治疗,治疗6周后观察两组的临床疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为88.2%,对照组为62.5%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.01);两组治疗后汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均较治疗前显著降低(P＜0.01),且治疗组HAMD评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 电针与药物结合治疗PSD的疗效显著,值得临床推广使用.
