乳腺叶状肿瘤的临床特点及影像学表现

摘要

Phyllodes tumor of breast (PTB) is a rare breast fibroepithelial neoplasm that accounts for 0.3％-1.0％ of all breast tumors and 2％-3％ of fibroepithelial breast lesions.The tumors are biphasic breast neoplasms with widely variable biologic potential,and have both epithelial and stromal components.Histopathologically,PTB are classified into categories of benign,borderline and malignant.The clinical and pathological features,and the imaging manifestations of it are lack of specificity,similar to fibroadenoma.The final diagnosis rate of preoperative is very low.It may have the danger of recurrence and distant metastasis.%乳腺叶状肿瘤是一种少见的乳腺纤维上皮类肿瘤,其发病率仅占乳腺肿瘤的0.3％～1.0％,占乳腺纤维上皮类肿瘤的2％～ 3％,它具有双相性分化的特点,同时含有上皮及间质成分,生物学行为多样,组织病理学上分为良性、交界性及恶性.叶状肿瘤在临床、病理与影像学的表现与纤维腺瘤难以鉴别,缺乏一定的特异性,术前正确诊断率较低,且手术切除后存在复发及转移的风险.
