电针与温针灸治疗肾虚髓亏型膝骨关节炎的疗效比较

摘要

目的 探讨电针与温针灸治疗肾虚髓亏型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效.方法 将2008年1月至2011年1月在菏泽市中医医院治疗的80例肾虚髓亏型膝骨关节炎患者随机分为两组:电针组(40例)采用电针治疗,频率为5 Hz;温针组(40例)采用温针灸治疗,每次2柱.两组治疗均每周3次,4周为一个疗程,连续两个疗程.对比两组患者治疗前后骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分、病情严重指数及临床疗效.结果 两组患者治疗后,WOMAC评分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组病情严重指数改变较治疗前降低(P＜0.05),温针组一个疗程后的改变较电针组早(P＜0.05);两组治疗总有效率相比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 电针与温针灸对肾虚髓亏型膝骨关节炎均有较好疗效,各有侧重.%Objective To explore the clinic effect of electroacupuncture( EA )and moxibustion for knee osteoarthritis of kidney and marrow deficiency.Methods 80 cases of knee osteoarthritis of kidney and marrow deficiency treated in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shandong Province Heze City during Jan.2008 and Jan.2011 were selected,and divided into the EA group and the moxibustion group.The EA group used EA therapy, at the frequency of 5 Hz; the moxibustion group used warm acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,2 column each time.Two groups were treated 3 times a week,4 weeks for a course,2 consecutive courses.WOMACscore, illness severity index and clinical curative effect before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the WOMAC scores was statistically significantly different from before the treatment(P <0.05 ); disease severity index of the two groups was lower than before the treatment(P < 0.05 ), the change of the moxibustion group was earlier than EA group( after a course of treatment , P < 0.05 ); total efficiency of treatment of the both groups had no statistically significant difference( P >0.05 ).Conclusion Clinic effect of EA and moxibustion for knee osteoarthritis of kidney marrow deficiency are both good , each with own advantages.
