Objective To investigate the short-term clinical efficacy of 360° annular decompression for thoracic canal stenosis.Methods The cases with thoracic spinal canal stenosis within 2 sections performed 360° annular decompression in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected.The Frankel grade,JOA score were measured hefore operation,2 weeks postoperatively and at final follow-up respectively.Results The average operation time was 160 min with blood loss of 300 mL.All cases were followed up for a mean of 18 months( range from 6 to 25 months ).Compared with preopera-tion, Frankel grade and JOA score were not changed two weeks after operation.Improvement was seen at the final follow-up compared to 2 weeks after operation,and the average improvement rate was 30% .Conclusion 360° annular decompression shows a good short-term clinical efficacy for thoracic spinal stenosis.%目的 探讨360°环形减压治疗治疗胸椎管狭窄症的近期疗效.方法 选取骨化不超过2个节段的胸椎管狭窄症患者行360°环形减压,记录术前、术后2周和末次随访时的神经功能Frankel分级及胸椎JOA评分.结果 平均手术时间160 min;术中平均出血量300 mL.平均随访18个月(6 ～25个月).术后2周出院时Frankel分级较术前无改变,末次随访时改善明显.术后2周、胸椎JOA评分与术前比较无改善,末次随访时与术后2周比较有改善,改善率为30%.结论 对胸椎管狭窄症患者采用360°环形减压植骨内固定治疗近期效果较好.
