手术治疗婴幼儿双侧肾积水的疗效分析

摘要

Objective To explore the efficacy of surgical treatment for bilateral hydronephrosis of infants and young children.Methods A retrospective analysis on the clinical data of 68 patients with clinically diagnosed bilateral hydronephrosis from Baoding Children's Hospital was done, all the children were given pyel-oplasty surgery,preoperative and postoperative changes of BUN,Scr were observed.Results Caliectatic of 68 cases was much lighter than before operation; the renal parenchyma average thickness and pelvis front and back diameter were significantly smaller than before the operation( P < 0.05 ), BUN and Scr values both decreased from before operation( P < 0.05 ), and renal function was basically restored with affirmative effect.Conclusion For infant hydronephrosis, early surgery should be considered, surgical method should be chosen according to the hydrocephalus extent, which may be performed by one time or times of surgery, which can improve the prognosis of the patients and the therapeutic level.%目的 探讨手术治疗婴幼儿双侧肾积水的疗效.方法 回顾性分析保定市儿童医院住院治疗的68例临床确诊为双侧肾积水患儿的临床资料,对所有的患儿均施行肾盂成形手术,观察手术前后血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)的变化.结果 68例患儿肾盏扩张较术前显著减轻,肾实质平均厚度及肾盂前后径较术前均显著减轻(P＜0.05),BUN及Scr值与术前进行比较均降低(P＜0.05),肾功能基本恢复正常,疗效肯定.结论 婴幼儿肾积水多考虑早期手术,术式依积水程度而定,对双侧积水患者可施行同次或分次手术,其可改善患儿预后,提高治疗水平.
