淋病奈瑟菌免疫逃逸机制研究进展

         

摘要

淋病严重危害人类健康,人类是其病原体淋病奈瑟菌的唯一天然宿主,而且普遍易患.淋病奈瑟菌的菌毛、脂寡糖、IgA1蛋白酶以及外膜蛋白等致病因子和与免疫逃逸相关的毒力因子,有助于其逃避宿主细胞免疫、体液免疫以及补体介导的免疫杀伤作用,因此人类感染后不能产生牢固的特异性免疫,呈现反复感染.随着淋病奈瑟菌的致病和逃逸机制的研究深入,近年来淋病奈瑟菌免疫逃逸机制研究进展迅速.%Neisseria gonorrhoeae does severe harm to human health,and human is the only natural host of Neisseria gonorrhoeae and commonly susceptible to it. Pilus, LOS, IgA1 as well as PⅠ , PⅡ , PⅢ, these virulence factors of pathogen and immune escape of Neisseria gonorrhoeae help its escape from attack of the host cell immunity, humoral immune and complement mediated killer immune function. Hence, infected people could not gain solid and specific immunity, and repeated infection occur. With further study of pathogenic and escape mechanism of Neisseria gonorrhoeae, rapid development has been made in the immune escape mechanisms in recent years.
